UNWORN Calpas sandals can be returned or exchanged in a week of arrival. Prior to return, please contact us explaining the reason and we will tell you how to proceed.

EXCHANGE
Our sandals are made to order following our precise chart where you can measure your size.
Our size chart is precise so you know exactly what size you will get. However, if you are not happy with your chosen size, we are able to exchange. Buyer is responsible for return expenses. After we receive the sandals we will make a PayPal invoice for shipping a new pair.

REFUND
If there is no way to solve any issue, last option is refunded. We do not refund any shipping cost for refunded orders. After we receive the sandals back, money will be refunded. 

Please also have in mind that customers are responsible for any customs duty, and in some cases, we apply a 10% restocking fee.

CUSTOM ORDERS
If you send us your own measurements, we will make sandals only for you as a custom order. Please, be aware that custom order sandals cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded!

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Some of Calpas sandals are hand painted and artistic in nature.
Because of this, brown/red undertone and imprinted models may be slight variations in colors and tone.
These are what makes each piece of a handmade product charming and unique. Your pair will be looking as good or nicer as those on the pictures.
