Calpas sandals and shoes are handcrafted made to order. Therefore, we ask that you allow approximately 1 to 3 days for shipment of your order. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped.

There is also a 1 day cancellation period BUT once the product has been made no cancellations will be accepted.

We ship all our creations from Peru with DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING and some orders from Croatia as well.

We also use for remotes places SERPOST STANDARD SHIPPING even if stated expedited shipping.

Shipping costs are specified for each item. Items are shipped after receiving payment.

EU Countries 2- 3 business days

Non-EU Countries 3- 4 business days

Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore and China 3-4 business days
